Sw. United States through most of Central America;
(1) Sw. United States (se. Arizona), nw. and wc. Mexico (ne. Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango, Michoacan, Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi).
(2) Highlands of w. and s. Mexico (Durango to Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas).
(3) Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and nc. Nicaragua.
