E. and s. Africa;
(1) Se. Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia.
(2) Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and n. Kenya.
(3) Ne. Namibia, n. Botswana, w. Zimbabwe and ne. South Africa (w. Transvaal, and reintroduce to Natal).
(4) S. Angola to w. Zambia.
(5) S. Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe to s. Mozambique.
